By creating an Account, completing a quiz, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Sryto Tvexo under these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform independently. Users under 16 may only use the Platform with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@srytotvexo.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each User may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, earn duplicate rewards, or manipulate platform features is strictly prohibited.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any Content without prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data or interact with the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, quizzes, assessments, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Sryto Tvexo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without our express written consent.
6.2 User-Submitted Content
If the Platform allows you to submit answers, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of what you submit. By submitting content, you grant Sryto Tvexo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Quizzes, Assessments, and Gamified Features
The Platform includes interactive quizzes, knowledge tests, scoring systems, and gamified learning elements. These features are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Any scores, badges, rankings, or rewards earned on the Platform have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove any gamified feature, score, or reward at any time without notice or liability.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1 Free and Paid Features
The Platform may offer both free and paid features. Paid features are subject to pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
8.2 Billing
Where applicable, charges are billed in advance on a subscription cycle. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
8.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@srytotvexo.com within 14 days of the charge. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
8.4 Changes to Pricing
We may change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting your active subscription.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services

11. Disclaimers

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sryto Tvexo and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of 50 UAH, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sryto Tvexo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform, other Users, or us.
14.2 Termination by You
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at support@srytotvexo.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise required.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature, content set, or service level.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Sryto Tvexo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
